Once you decide to have a counseling session with a therapist, the next step is to create a profile on Mindwellness.teletherapy.io . Here you can go to the documents tab to fill out an intake to help your therapist prepare for your session. You can also give permission for appointment reminders, email your therapist or upload your insurance card. Teletherapy.io is a HIPAA compliant virtual office. We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana and United Health Care. Self Pay is $125 for individual sessions or $150 for couples counseling.Insurance is only accepted for individual counseling .

Therapist/Coach
Pamela Tremblay is a board certified licensed professional counselor. She has her master’s and specialist degrees in Counseling and Educational Psychology and a Doctorate Degree in Health and Nutrition. Pamela is also a certified tele-mental health practioner and a trained EMDR trauma therapist

To book an appointment please call 678-559-9510 and leave you name, number and days and times that you are available for counseling and your call will be returned in 48 hours.
