Pamela Tremblay is a board certified licensed professional counselor. She has her master’s and specialist degrees in Counseling and Educational Psychology and a Doctorate Degree in Health and Nutrition. Pamela is also a certified tele-mental health practioner and a trained EMDR trauma therapist. Her Integrative Virtual Mental Health approach helps her client reduce symptoms of their anxiety, stress and depression.
