These experiences can cause negative/limited beliefs trapping you in patterns that continually repeat themselves making you feel anxious, not good enough and sometimes hopeless.
The Integrative Virtual Mental Health (IVMH) Approach looks at habits such as sleep, hydration, movement and nutrition which influence Brain Health and helps you to regulate your moods. Research shows when these habits improve, it reduces anxiety and depression symptoms.
